At Livemocha, we believe support and encouragement enable success—and so we make sure our customers have all of the support they need to make their Livemocha experience positive, worthwhile, and pain-free. Every organization is assigned a dedicated personal account manager who works with administrators on everything from roll out to user management to program marketing.
Personal Training and Support
Here are some of the things your account manager will provide:
- One or more training sessions to make sure all administrators feel comfortable with Livemocha and the Livemocha Management Console
- Implementation and planning calls to build a launch plan
- Guided help with user upload and roll out process
- Prompt responses to any and all questions via phone and email throughout the Livemocha experience
- Full customer support for all employees, students, or patrons to remove burden of program or technology questions from administrators
- Customized reports
- Customized marketing materials, text, and graphics as needed
